Recording your Vermont POA
Vermont requires (or permits) recording of the POA at the Town Clerk's office of the town where the property lies when it covers real property. See 27 V.S.A. §305 (POA-specific real-estate recording rule); 27 V.S.A. §§341–342 (general deed acknowledgment and recording).
