Recording your Wyoming POA
The section Wyoming cites governs the agent's conveyance: a certificate of acknowledgment, or proof of execution, before a notarial officer entitles a deed, mortgage or conveyance to be recorded with the county clerk of the county where the land lies (Wyo. Stat. §34-1-118). It does not require the power of attorney itself to be recorded.
