Will.com does not store the content of your documents. Your name, your family, your wishes: none of it is sent to will.com servers. We don’t see it, store it, or share it. Your documents are generated on your device and downloaded directly to you. No account is required.

What we collect

Document data: nothing

Will.com does not collect, transmit, or store the content of your documents. All answers you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to will.com servers. Your generated documents are downloaded directly to you.

Your draft answers are saved on your device so you can resume where you left off. This data is not sent to our servers. You can clear it at any time from your device.

Accounts

Will.com does not require an account. There is no sign-up, no login, and no email collection. Your draft answers are saved in your browser’s local storage so you can resume where you left off. You can clear this data at any time.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated data: page views, referrer, country, device type, and browser. No personal information is collected. No cross-site tracking. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to detect errors.

Cookies

Will.com does not set any cookies. Vercel Analytics uses a privacy-preserving approach that does not require cookies.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Vercel, hosting and analytics. Your IP address and standard HTTP headers are visible to Vercel when you load pages.
  • Online notarization (optional). If you choose to notarize your documents online, you upload them directly to the notarization platform. Your documents go straight from your device to theirs. Will.com does not see, transmit, or store your documents at any point in this process. The notarization platform’s own privacy policy governs how they handle your information.

We do not embed third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or social media widgets on any page of will.com.

Children

Will.com is intended for adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and note it in our What's New.
